Last month saw the second of IJP’s introductory sessions, focusing this time on Films For Training. Using case studies of how film can be developed and used across a wide variety of strategic training briefs, the session clarified the ways in which film can increase the impact, efficiency and engagement within training. The session demonstrated examples of film used either as a central component around which the programme is designed or as an additional complementary tool that delivers key messages in a more impactful way.
