Last week IJP met with the Cultural Diversity Network at The Media House, Downview Prison, to help facilitate better links to production companies signed up to the PACT Diversity Pledge. With IJP’s well-established Production Training Scheme and the recent successes of The Media House’s work with Ginger Productions, IJP are working with CDN to help inform and create better links from a wider diversity of talent into the industry. In future IJP hopes to be able to share learnings and insights with other production companies signed up to the pledge.
