IJP has always been committed to promoting diversity of talent, and this week we became part of of the Cultural Diversity Network Diversity Pledge, working to improve the respresentation of diverse talent across the production industry.

The Diversity Pledge is a public commitment by independent production companies, in-house producers and other suppliers to take measurable steps to improve diversity in the industry.
