IJPs funds help promote diversity
Over the past few months, The Media House, a project supported by IJP’s income, has been working in collaboration with Ginger Productions to deliver work experience opportunities for ex-offenders. As a result of the work, Ginger were nominated for an ‘innovation in employment’ award at the inaugural Channel 4 Diversity Awards, and were commissioned to make a short film about the women they had taken on as work placements.
