An IJP film to celebrate the Refugee Council’s 60th anniversary was launched this week 2011 sees the 60th anniversary of both the UN Declaration on the Rights of Refugees and the founding of the Refugee Council in England. To mark this we made a beautifully shot film based on the powerful testimonies of refugees who came to the UK in each of the decades since 1951 to establish new lives here.
