As a social enterprise, we put our money where our mouth is. We use our experience as a production company and the income we generate to create training and employment opportunities for offenders and ex-offenders.

IJP also uses its income to fund the development of projects that serve a social purpose. These projects are delivered through our founder organisation Media for Development, which works to empower isolated communities through media.

YoungDads.TV is an exciting new project to support and empower young dads. Using digital and social media we are working with young dads below the age of 25 to create a positive and relevant online hub of news, advice, opportunities and support that champions young dads in their roles as fathers.

YoungDads.TV supports young dads to take part in the lives of their children by giving them a chance to explore a more positive future, discover their strengths and make better decisions.
